Payment Terms

We use PayPal as our sole payment processor, because of the excellent protection they give to buyers. We want you to feel safe and secure with each payment that you make. Your personal information remains private (we never see a single credit card number).

Shipping Terms

Our Free Shipping option does not include the Casio watch box and the manual. Your watch will be posted in a protected padded envelope. We can email the manual to you per request. Please make requests for manuals to info@greatwatches.co.uk. If you need the box and the manual, please view our shipping option for £13 and £7 for each additional item at checkout.

Items that begin with the letters MQ, LQ, MTP and LTP are packed by Casio in plastic sleeves with the new tag attached to the watch. You will receive those purchases exactly as they are packaged by Casio.

We send all of our items from Las Vegas, NV USA. You pay no taxes. No hidden charges. Our mail services are excellent. It usually takes between 5-17 days in transit between the time you purchase the watch(es), and the time you receive your purchase. We have served thousands of satisfied buyers from the United Kingdom.

 

We do not send products to the following countries:

 

Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia, Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia. We reserve the right to send refunds for goods purchased to other countries for which we do not ship.

 

We will also send a refund via PayPal if an item purchased is not in stock.

 

 

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a note stating the reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@greatwatches.co.uk.
